Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • College graduate or college-level/associate degree; 0–2+ years of BPO or customer service experience typically required (vary by role).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite or in a hybrid/on-site environment as specified.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed (including night/evening shifts in some postings).
  • Proficiency in handling inbound/outbound calls, chats, or email as part of customer service duties.
