POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V (RE-OPEN)

ITEM NUMBER: TESDAB-ADOF

SALARY: SG-18 (Php 49,015.00) PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  1. 50 % - Supervises and manages the administrative operations of the Provincial Office especially on:
    1. Recruitment, Selection and Promotion of personnel;
    2. Staff Development Program;
    3. Personnel Information Systems and Personnel Records;
    4. Employees compensation and benefits and Awards;
    5. Attendance Monitoring and Leave Administration;
    6. Grievance and Employee Relations;
    7. Performance Evaluation and Monitoring;
    8. Personnel Reports preparation;
  2. 25 % - Cash Management;
  3. 10 % - Provision of technical assistance and administrative support services to clients/partners;
  4. 10 % - Implementation of policies, rules, and regulations;
  5. 5 % - Performs other related functions as may be authorized.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional / 2nd Level Eligibility

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Intent Letter indicating the position, office where the vacancy exists and its Item Number;
  • Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2017) (printed in legal size paper) subscribed and sworn to with accomplished Work Experience Sheet;
  • Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;
  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2023 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2023 and January to June 2024 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable);
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable).
