  • Other duties: participate in process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and accept additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology, or related field (or current student in related programs as specified).
  • 2+ years of human resources experience (as applicable to the role).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain personnel records and prepare reports.
  • Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and train new employees (as applicable).
Technical & Work Requirements
  • Computer specifications: suitable processor, RAM (minimum 12 GB), and storage; compatible with required software.
  • Main Internet Speed: jitter < 10 ms, latency < 160 ms, upload > 25 Mbps, download > 40 Mbps.
  • Power backup and secondary internet backup required (to sustain full shift).
  • Work arrangement: remote or hybrid; may require alignment to time zones (e.g., Pacific Time).
