Functions and Responsibilities Provides technical support to the Production Management Section Prepares and submits material requisitions for raw materials, indirect materials and other supplies/materials, non-disposable PPEs, as well as production materials issued to the workforce Prepares and sets up mechanized production workstations, prepositions goods/items, and performs inventory taking of raw materials used and identified as damage or defective Collects and accounts all supplies/materials, non-disposable PPEs, and other materials issued to workforce including raw materials left in the production area Maintains records of inter-warehouse releases/transfers of mechanized FFP production, raw materials, indirect materials; and ensure that records are up to date at all times Briefly orients and assists volunteers in the manual production Responsible for the daily preparation and submission of reports to the section head Briefly orients and assists volunteers in the manual production Ensure the correct implementation of standards/criteria for mechanized production of FFPs as well as other production management section activities such as manual FFP production, rice vacuum packing, rice reconditioning/milling Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time Job Outputs Communications and reports related to the functions of the Logistics Management Division and Production Management Section Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports regarding Mechanized FFP Production Output, Material Usage Report, Material Requisitions and Inventories, Rice Vacuum Packing Machine/Milling Machine Performance and others Concept Notes and Activity/Project Proposals Other Administrative Reports Criteria for Evaluation Education — 25% Training — 10% Experience — 25% Written Examination — 25% IQT — 10% Technical Exam — 15% Interview — 10% Performance Review — 5% Total — 100% Shortlisting Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% of the maximum total score or 45 points in Education, Training, and Experience (ETE) Final Shortlisting: Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80% Application and Reminders APPLY NOW Fill out the Job Application Form (JAF) and upload complete requirements in a PDF not exceeding 100 MB on or before November 13, 2025 by accessing the link.
