Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure. Great attention to details. Willing to work long hours, even on weekends and holidays especially during disaster response operations. Job Description The Administrative Officer II assists in the overall management of NRLMB partners/stakeholders under the direct supervision of the Unit Head. Functions and Responsibilities Assist in establishing institutional partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, private entities, etc., for logistical support in NRLMB operations. Draft Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding for partners for review. Assist in coordination with prospective partners and facilitate exploratory meetings. Assist in organizing Partners Forum and spearhead secretarial function. Assist in crafting project proposals to established partners and monitor status until post-implementation. Coordinate with the Panata Awards committee for nomination of established partners. Attend meetings, conferences and other activities related to Partnership Development on behalf of the Section Head/Unit Head. Serve as resource person for technical assistance to partners/stakeholders and FO counterparts during disaster operations. Validate data/information accuracy and consistency. Perform other tasks as may be required. Job Outputs Enhanced policies, guidelines and procedures related to partnership management. Partners Database. Consolidated Operations Reports (quarterly, semesterly, annually) of NRLMB. Updates, Memoranda, and other office communications. Technical assistance to DRCs, FOs, LGUs, intermediaries and stakeholders.
