Assists and monitors the receipt and processing of donated and procured goods/supplies, proper documentation/recording of warehouse/supply/logistics management transactions. Submits outputs of subordinates against performance standards and provides inputs to the Division Chief in rating the performance of subordinates and in identifying performance gaps and proposed staff development interventions. Updates the LMD Division Chief on the status of its deliverables/tasks regularly. Provides inputs/details prior to submission of LMD’s Accomplishment Report. Prepares/Consolidates Report on Supplies and Materials Issued. Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Warehouses and ensures that all tasks are carried out in order. Ensures the implementation of warehouse stocking plans/layout, systems, processes and procedures, and recommends its developments and enhancements. Monitors the implementation of the approved warehouse stocking plans, receives, handles, stores, inventories and dispatches relief commodities for the distribution as per dispatch plans and the submission of tally reports, notations of commodity movement activity in the warehouse registers, stock and bin cards, among others. Reviews/recommends the development and enhancement of policies / guidelines / systems / procedures on warehouse /supply and logistics management. Validates data/information accuracy and consistency. Assumes supervisory functions in the absence of the LMD Chief as delegated. Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time. Photocopy of relevant Training/Seminar Certificates. Certificate of Employment (COE) - required for work experiences acquired outside DSWD Central Office. Copy of Special Order or Certification indicating the supervisory/management experience/functions signed by the HRMO or any authorized representative (for Division Chief positions only or as may applicable). Copies of Appropriate Eligibility: For RA 1080 Eligible (RSWs and/or other board passers only): photocopy of RA1080 rating / Verified Eligibility. For Bar Passers only: photocopy of BAR rating / Verified Eligibility and photocopy of valid IBP / BAR ID. For CSC Passers only: photocopy of CSC rating / Verified Eligibility. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable. Note: (i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required. (ii) For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from the public sector: Latest and duly approved Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF). (iii) External applicants from private sectors: In the absence of performance rating, you may use the Certificate of Performance Rating from your most recent employer.
