JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, performs administrative support and clerical functions.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support and Clerical Functions:
- Records all incoming and outgoing communication
- Types confidential correspondence, reports and other documents
- Maintains and updates official files
- Answers and makes telephone calls
- Interviews and screens persons seeking assistance from the Head Office
- Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time
Property Management:
- Assists in the conduct of physical inventory of supplies and properties
- Updates property records in PREMIS
- Encodes and files communications related to the functions of his/her section
- Assists in the delivery of service of the section.
Job Outputs:
- Letters/Memoranda/Notice of Meetings
- Updated Data Tracking System
- Organized files/records
- Other reports as may be required

Initial Shortlisting: Obtain 75% of the maximum total score or 45 points in Education, Training, and Experience (ETE)
Final Shortlisting: Top five (5) highest ratings but overall rating should not be less than 80%
If two (2) or more vacant positions with the same title and Salary Grade are published at the same time, and there is only one (1) longlist of applicants provided by HRMDS, additional two (2) applicants for every Regular Position will be added on top (5) highest rating. However, all the additional shortlisted positions meet the 80% cut off.
Consists of ETE, Special Examination, Competency-Based Interview, and Performance Rating.
