Responsibilities Acts as the unit head and supervises all the activities of the Manual Production Unit. Provides technical support to the Production Management Section (PMS). Supervises the implementation of daily FFP production according to the production plan via Manual FFP Production. Supervises the manual production unit in the preparation of material requisitions for raw materials, indirect materials and supplies/materials, non-disposable PPEs, as well as manual FFP production materials issued to the workforce. Supervises the manual production unit during the preparation and set up of production workstations, prepositioning of goods/items, and inventory of raw materials including those identified as unlabeled, damaged or defective. Supervises manual production unit in the correct distribution, collection and accounting of all supplies/materials, non-disposable PPEs, and other production materials issued to workforce including raw materials left in the production area. Supervises manual production unit in the maintenance of records regarding inter warehouse releases/transfers of manual FFP production, raw materials, indirect materials; and ensures that records are accurate and up to date at all times. Double-checks all daily reports prepared by the Manual Production Unit before submission to the section head. Develops and implements standards/criteria for warehouse and inventory management, manual production of FFPs as well as other PMS activities such as mechanized production, rice vacuum packing, rice reconditioning/milling. Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time. Copies of Appropriate Eligibility: For RA 1080 Eligible (RSWs and/or other board passers only): Photocopy of RA1080 rating / Verified Eligibility. Photocopy of valid PRC ID. For BAR Passers only: Photocopy of BAR rating / Verified Eligibility. Photocopy of valid IBP / BAR ID. For CSC Passers only: Photocopy of CSC rating / Verified Eligibility. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable. Note: (i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
