Email Marketing CRM Specialist (Morning/Cebu)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to support our marketing team in building, testing, and deploying marketing emails for parents, schools and suppliers, as well as building customer journeys in HubSpot. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in email marketing and a solid understanding of customer lifecycle communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the email campaign calendar to ensure timely execution of all scheduled communications to parents, suppliers and schools.
  • Build and design marketing emails in HubSpot, ensuring brand consistency for our three brands, and responsive design across devices.
  • QA and test emails prior to deployment, checking for layout, links, personalisation, rendering, and deliverability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand comms requirements - such as product updates, or sales nurture, then briefing internal teams or stakeholders, including content, design and compliance, to build and deploy emails that align with brand guidelines, campaign goals and agreed timelines.
  • Create and manage simple customer journey automations in HubSpot, aligned with lifecycle stages and engagement triggers.
  • Ideating, executing, documenting and iterating on A/B tests to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve future communications.
  • Ad hoc marketing requirements as needed (e.g. simple website content updates, reporting etc).

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably using HubSpot .
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices (list segmentation, personalisation, CAN-SPAM compliance, etc).
  • Basic knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and automation logic.
  • Familiarity with email analytics and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills for briefing and collaborating with internal teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with A/B testing in HubSpot.
  • Design or HTML experience for email formatting.
