About the Role

We're looking for an Email Marketing Designer who knows how to turn great product promotions and sales into great-looking emails.

This is a creative, fast-paced role where you'll use your design eye and marketing know-how to deliver engaging email banners that drives clicks and conversions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing eye-catching banners for weekly & automated email campaigns plus for web pages

  • Developing & managing email automation using our email marketing platform

  • Collaborating with product and marketing teams to plan upcoming promotions

  • Staying up to date with email design trends and what's working in e-commerce marketing

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in design / email marketing

  • A strong portfolio showing your email and digital design work

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma

  • Understanding of email layout, spacing, and what makes a design click

  • A genuine interest in helping customers discover great gear

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms

  • Interest in the outdoors, boating, fishing, or camping

  • Experience building automated email flows or using segmentation
