Job Description

We're seeking a talented Email Marketing Designer to join our high-performing marketing team and create compelling visual stories that drive customer engagement and conversions. In this exciting full-time role, you'll be responsible for designing 30+ marketing emails per week using Figma, focusing on clean, conversion-optimized designs that guide readers through strategic customer journeys. This position offers the opportunity to work with an established team that provides clear strategic direction while giving you the creative freedom to excel in visual design. Your expertise will directly contribute to the company's marketing success, customer engagement goals, and bottom-line results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and produce 30+ high-quality marketing emails weekly using Figma
  • Create visually compelling email designs specifically focused on driving customer clicks and conversions
  • Develop clean, story-driven email layouts that emphasize visual storytelling over text-heavy content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement provided strategic direction and design guidelines
  • Ensure all email designs align with conversion-focused objectives and brand standards
  • Work closely with the team to refine continuously and optimize email design approaches based on performance data
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality design standards across all email marketing campaigns
  • Adapt design approach based on strategic feedback while bringing creative expertise to each project
Requirements
  • Proven professional experience with Figma specifically for email design and marketing materials
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating email marketing design expertise with measurable conversion results
  • Experience creating designs focused on driving clicks, engagement, and user conversion
  • Expertise in designing with minimal text emphasis and strong visual storytelling capabilities
  • Flexibility and collaboration skills to adapt design approach based on strategic direction from the marketing team
  • Ability to work full-time schedule (40+ hours per week) and handle high-volume design production
  • Experience working in fast-paced marketing environments with tight deadlines and high output expectations
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices and conversion optimization principles
