Oversees compensation processes, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, base pay administration, incentive plan design and analysis. Manages benefits planning and programs including health and welfare, retirement, and work life. RESPONSIBILITIES Compensation Strategy and Policies Salary Administration CBA Remuneration Design and Strategy Benefits Administration Rewards and Recognition Cost Management QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Business Administration, Statistics or related courses At least 15 years of work experience in compensation, benefits, rewards design, and management Highly competent in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders Experience working in FMCG companies is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
