HR Assistant for Compensation and Benefits

Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition) , you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding: Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up. Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem Work from home location is within NCR. General Objective Responsible for providing assistance in the administration and coordination of Human Resources policies, procedures and programs in company and government benefit administration and reporting, compensation, and employee programs/activities. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including government benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG). Maintain accurate records of employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations (HMO and Life Insurance). Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in auditing compensation and benefits data to maintain accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Collaborate with Finance team to ensure timely and accurate benefits-related transactions. Help prepare reports and presentations related to compensation, benefits, and workforce data for management. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes impacting compensation and benefits, supporting the HR team in maintaining compliance. Participate in projects related to improving compensation and benefits processes and enhancing employee satisfaction. Qualifications 2+ years relevant work experience in compensation and benefits Strong analytical thinking and high level of comprehension VERY STRONG multitasking ability and attention to detail Good oral and written English communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
