Job Description- An HR Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring the effective execution of HR processes and programs.
- This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Recruitment and Interview skills
- Employee Relations and Grievance Management skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Onboarding and Training skills
- Performance Review and Organizational Development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in an HR supervisory role is a plus
