Job Description
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as facilities management and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations within the business services industry.
- Prepare and manage budgets for HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support organizational development initiatives and training programs.
A Successful HR & Admin Supervisor Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR functions such as recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative responsibilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws relevant to the business services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and management.
- Proficiency in using HR software and related tools.
