Job Description
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as facilities management and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations within the business services industry.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for HR and administrative activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Support organizational development initiatives and training programs.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful HR & Admin Supervisor Should Have
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR functions such as recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws relevant to the business services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and related tools.
