The Opportunity @Specialist is seeking a talented HR Payroll Officer to join our team. This is a full‑time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our valued employees. Key Responsibilities Process bi‑weekly payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, taxes, deductions and benefits Maintain employee payroll records and ensure all data is accurate and up-to‑date Prepare and file all necessary payroll‑related government reports and tax filings Assist with employee queries related to payroll, benefits and compensation Collaborate with the HR team to implement payroll policies and procedures Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience in a payroll or HR administration role Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxation, and employment legislation Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data Proficient in using payroll and HR management software Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams Exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills Relevant payroll or HR qualifications are desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
