Key Responsibilities Process payroll from rosters/timesheets in QuickBooks, apply correct pay rates and entitlements, prepare superannuation batches and PAYG reports, generate draft payslips and registers, ensure STP lodgement each cycle Prepare and maintain employment contracts and staff files; upload RSA/RSG gaming documents; track leave balances and annual loading; support onboarding/offboarding Report weekly wage % vs sales, monthly superannuation summary, quarterly payroll data support for BAS Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience Knowledge of Australian payroll rules and the Hospitality Award (training provided if required) Proficiency in QuickBooks payroll system Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
