At Smoothlink, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining compliance with labor laws. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mandaluyong City , with a 5-day work week and a night shift schedule , ideal for individuals who are adaptable, hands-on, and eager to grow with a fast-paced, dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end hiring processes to attract top talent for (insert) operations . Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture and processes. Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and resolve issues effectively. Organize employee engagement activities tailored for a 24/7 or shifting work environment . HR Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate HR records, including attendance, leaves, and shift schedules. Support performance appraisal processes and assist managers with employee development. Coordinate learning and development programs, particularly for new hires in shifts. Payroll & Benefits Support Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing. Provide guidance and support regarding employee benefits. Policy Implementation & Monitoring Help develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, considering the unique needs of a shifting workforce. Monitor adherence to HR policies and provide guidance to managers as needed. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in e-commerce, BPO, or a 24/7 operational environment . Recruitment and full-onboarding experience in e-commerce or fast-paced industries. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexible and able to work shifting schedules , including weekends and holidays .
