Responsibilities
  • Reviews employee time-in and time-out, and extracts data if needed from the System for payroll processing.
  • Coordinates with ICT Department for any problems of biometrics that may arise from time to time.
  • Compiles and keeps payroll and government remittances files.
  • Computes and releases of last/separation pay for separated employees.
  • Endorse quitclaim to the separated employees for signature.
  • Reports separated employees to the SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and BDO.
  • Assist the new employee in getting the TIN through BIR online system.
  • Coordinates with the SSS and Pag-ibig for loan processes and remittances.
  • Coordinates with Philhealth for remittances and benefits claims.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Commerce or any related course.
  • With 1 year of solid experience in specialized HR (Comp Ben and Payroll).
  • With knowledge in Compensation & Benefits; HR System and Databases; HR Best practices.
  • Excellent in Compensation and Benefits Computation; communication (verbal and written).
