Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Makati. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and achieving sales targets across life, non-life, and health insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and close insurance sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate and individual clients
- Collaborate with insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to offer tailored solutions
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals through proactive selling and relationship management
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market opportunities
- Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Skills in market research, strategic planning, and sales target achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
