What You Will Do
The Procurement Accounting Senior Analyst is responsible for performing account analysis, verifying financial transactions, auditing discrepancies, and preparing financial statements. You will also coordinate monthly closings, analyze accounting issues, and support special projects as assigned:

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts for goods and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and accounting analysis across multiple areas
• Perform account analysis of all related balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Verify and post various financial transactions such as deposits, payments, charges, etc.
• Identify and correct discrepancies and variances in various accounting reports
• Compile data for the preparation of balance sheet profit and loss statements and consolidated financial statements
• Coordinate monthly closings within the department
• Analyze, research, and recommend solutions for minor accounting issues
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support business partners on special projects as assigned
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Required Qualifications
What we are looking for

• University/Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, accounting, or financial analysis

Desired Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, or other financial software applications
• Working experience in iOS development
• Published one or more iOS apps in the App Store
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
