Get in touch and explore possible opportunities with our career consultants—let's make progressive changes together One of our client in Financial Shared Services industry is looking for: PROCUREMENT SENIOR ASSOCIATE Role Summary The Procurement Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services that align with organizational requirements, standards, and budgetary guidelines. The role involves managing sourcing processes, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining strong vendor relationships while upholding integrity and compliance in all procurement operations. This position also supports procurement planning, supervises team members as needed, and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to optimize cost, quality, and operational efficiency. The Procurement Senior Associate is expected to demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to continuous improvement in procurement practices. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and process purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, and related procurement documentation. Support sourcing activities, including evaluation and engagement of reliable and ethical suppliers and vendors. Conduct supplier assessments and maintain up-to-date records of supplier performance and accreditation. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service quality. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement plans with operational and project needs. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and budgetary requirements in all procurement activities. Supervise and guide junior team members, providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance and professional growth. Manage multiple procurement categories such as marketing, IT, facilities, administration, HR, and event services. Support other related duties as assigned by management or operations leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, and at least 2 years in people management. Experience managing both direct and indirect procurement categories, including IT, marketing, events, facilities, and administrative services. Demonstrated experience in negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability in procurement processes. Proven ability to manage high work volumes and multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal. Experience providing procurement support to local and/or international operations preferred. Supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations and empower teams.
