Overview Shopee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines — Procurement Analyst (Corporate IT) at Shopee . Corporate IT is the backbone of our business. Our team helps the company to develop a competitive advantage through defining our technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising technical solutions that help us achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. As part of our team, you will help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our internal employees by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks and reliable IT systems. Responsibilities Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers To source, negotiate and establish purchases for IT goods and services Build up and maintain the inventory of all current and upcoming purchases Review and analyse spend, vendors/suppliers, commercial terms Maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development Work with IT technical team and HQ procurement team to propose good solutions from commercial perspective, ensure out-coming high quality products/supplies Participate in negotiation for the best deal for pricing and supply contracts, and propose the best value option from suppliers Requirements Bachelor’s degree of business administration, accounting or related field is preferred Knowledge of commercial relationship build-up and procurement techniques/process Experience in negotiations and networking Strong analytical skill, accurate and precise attention to details Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently Good resource of supplier solutions is added advantage Work experience in IT Suppliers/IT industry is added advantage Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels and with HQ Procurement team Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industries: Internet Marketplace Platforms and Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
