
Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
- Overall in charge of land prospecting and evaluation efforts based on an annual land acquisition target
- Manage expansion network planning and site acquisition efforts among different regions
- Create mall network expansion projections, and present to top management for planning and budgeting purposes
- Identify new business development opportunities and prepare action plan to achieve business goals.
- Serve as main contact for investors, property management owners and LGU personnel for long-term partnerships
- Establish and revise property management systems and processes including improvements and innovations. Identify potential measures for implementation in the organization.
- Ensure legal compliance in all network development programs, policies and standards.
- Candidate must possess a college/bachelor’s degree in any Business or Property Management course. Have Post-Graduate studies or units is an advantage.
- At least 5 years working experience in sales, marketing and property management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills for both internal stakeholders and external customers
- Knowledgeable in using mapping application like ArcGIS, Google Maps, among others.
- Willing to do field works/branch visits if needed
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
