Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Research Leadership: Design and lead consumer research projects, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis, to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze consumer trends, behaviors, and market dynamics to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to integrate insights into campaigns, customer experiences, and product designs.
  • Reporting and Insights Sharing: Present key findings to leadership teams in a compelling manner to influence strategic direction.
  • Innovation in Methodologies: Introduce and apply cutting-edge tools and techniques in market research to enhance the quality of insights.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor and report on emerging consumer trends, competitive activities, and market changes.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in consumer insights, market research, or data analytics. Background in the tech or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to convey insights effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Tableau, SPSS, or other data visualization and analysis platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Experience managing or mentoring a team and/or agencies is advantageous.
