This role is critical in helping us understand consumers across diverse markets and translate data into meaningful strategies that drive growth and innovation. You will be part of a dynamic, global FMCG organization committed to putting the consumer at the heart of everything we do. Job Description Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover consumer needs, behaviors, and trends. Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and category performance across regions. Identify emerging consumer trends and white space opportunities to fuel innovation pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Innovation, Sales, Finance) to embed insights into business planning and execution. Support go-to-market strategies with consumer segmentation, pricing analysis, and demand forecasting. Manage relationships with external research agencies, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective delivery of insights Partner with global and local teams to test and validate new product concepts. The Successful Applicant At least 5+ years of consumer insights, market research or analytics within FMCG industries.
