About Our Client

We are looking for a strategic and insights-driven professional to join our team as Regional Consumer Market Insights & Analytics Manager . This role is critical in helping us understand consumers across diverse markets and translate data into meaningful strategies that drive growth and innovation. You will be part of a dynamic, global FMCG organization committed to putting the consumer at the heart of everything we do.

Job Description
  • Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover consumer needs, behaviors, and trends.
  • Monitor and analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and category performance across regions.
  • Identify emerging consumer trends and white space opportunities to fuel innovation pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Innovation, Sales, Finance) to embed insights into business planning and execution.
  • Support go-to-market strategies with consumer segmentation, pricing analysis, and demand forecasting.
  • Manage relationships with external research agencies, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective delivery of insights
  • Partner with global and local teams to test and validate new product concepts.
The Successful Applicant
  • At least 5+ years of consumer insights, market research or analytics within FMCG industries. Ideally have been exposed to working across multiple projects or in a regional role
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical abilities
