Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end consumer insights projects, from initial research and project planning to questionnaire creation, data collection, analysis, and final delivery to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and manage a team of junior analysts, providing guidance on project execution, quality assurance, and professional development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local and regional stakeholders, guiding them in setting objectives and managing expectations while effectively communicating project plans, timelines, and progress.
  • Conduct insightful, customized analyses using a variety of data sources (surveys, desk research, BI data, etc.) to answer key business questions and support stakeholder needs.
  • Manage and refine recurring reports, including weekly and bi-weekly submissions, to ensure management and stakeholders are kept informed.
  • Support the team's growth by helping to identify new projects, improve processes, and contribute to the overall strategy of the Consumer Insights team.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of work experience in a market research company or marketing-related industry.
  • Deep, hands-on experience in customer research, segmentation and quantitative analysis is a must.
  • Skilled in data analytics, report creation, and presentation to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Strong grasp of numbers and proficient in GSheets/Excel
  • Works swiftly, able to pivot quickly with changes in direction, and meets all deadlines
  • Displays ownership over one's work, successes, and mistakes
  • Accountable and responsible for all deliverables
  • Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
  • Emotionally intelligent and with good interpersonal skills
