Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Cebu. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage office staff, ensure efficient workflows, and maintain customer service standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational policies, managing budgets, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Experience in operations management, facility management, and office administration
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
