Venrich Construction Supplies Trading is a trusted supplier of high-quality filling materials and aggregates for a major port project in Cebu. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our quarry-to-delivery operations in Visayas and Mindanao.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end operations: quarry extraction, barging, logistics, and delivery to Cebu.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of target volumes with strict adherence to quality standards.
  • Supervise and support personnel across quarry sites and receiving points.
  • Monitor productivity and develop operational strategies that improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Report directly to management and contribute to company growth and project success.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in quarry operations and aggregates delivery.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel regularly to Visayas and Mindanao quarry sites.
  • Energetic, organized, and goal-driven professional.
