Executive Assistant We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior-level managers. Executive Assistant responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. The ideal candidate will be well‑organized, possess excellent time‑management skills and be able to act independently, contributing to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. Position Responsibilities The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have a flexible approach to work. They should demonstrate good organizational skills, including the ability to multi‑task, prioritize work under pressure and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities Managing a complicated and busy schedule Performing planning, logistics and operations work Providing comprehensive administrative support Coordinating individual and group travel Handling confidential and sensitive information with appropriate judgement and discretion Providing administrative support in a variety of capacities including data entry, assisting with the completion of assigned projects, event/meeting planning, filing, mail handling and processing of letters/correspondence Organizing meetings and summits from start to finish Phone call screening, correspondence and document preparation, bill payment, record keeping Performing various errands as needed Creating and maintaining personal action items, to‑do lists, and following up proactively to provide status updates Being comfortable with Chief of Staff level duties and/or Project Management Being comfortable with procurement and/or logistics level duties Candidate Qualifications All positive, driven, and confident applicants are encouraged to apply. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (BPO preferred) Excellent command of English Excellent judgement handling confidential information with discretion Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) Excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task Secure wired, high‑speed internet connection (download speed of 20 Mbps+) Compensation & Benefits At MCI, your hard work deserves recognition and rewards. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
