Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Google, Meta, LinkedIn | WFH | Day Shift) At PeoplePartners, we don’t do fluff. One of our awesome clients is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (WFH) who proves they know their stuff. About the Role You won’t be managing people. You’ll be managing performance. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes digital ads—and wants full ownership, autonomy, and the tools to go deep. Your Key Responsibilities Own full‑funnel campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Tweak, tune, test, and retest to drive down CPL, CPA and drive up results. Spot broken tags, bad placements, and bloated setups before someone asks. Collaborate with CRO, creatives, and stakeholders. Run A/B tests with intention and track results. Own the quality of execution—no broken tracking, no drama. Bring proactive feedback and ideas to the table. Requirements About You You want to stay in execution—not “pivoting to strategy”. You spot issues in GTM (Google Tag Manager) and GA4 (Google Analytics 4) with your eyes closed. You’re cool under pressure, but high standards are your thing. You know how to raise flags and explain changes clearly. You don’t just follow briefs—you elevate them. About Your Work History 7+ years in digital ads, 5+ deeply embedded in‑house or client‑side. You’ve owned campaigns from start to iteration and optimization. You’ve done B2B lead‑gen (not just traffic or awareness). You’ve worked with real budgets and delivered real results. You’re respectful, direct, and like working with smart people who care. You get the job done, and then you make it better. How You Will Be Measured Hard metrics – CPL, CPA, CVR, CTR. Zero tracking gaps or data issues. Pro‑activity, clarity, and collaboration. Consistency, ownership, and performance. When & Where You Will Work Full‑time, 7am–4pm MNL (with flexibility). 100% remote – work from wherever you do your best work; with Quarterly Eastwood office visits. Permanent Work‑from‑home setup.
