The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing overall performance marketing strategy for demand generation in order to drive conversions in the customer funnel at optimal costs per acquisition. What you’ll be doing: Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy for existing and new verticals Create and manage social media advertising and paid listings on third party websites and media partners such as, but not limited to, Google Ads, Meta, Youtube, Instagram, and Tiktok Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO & SEM) Manage performance marketing analytics with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation and execute A/B tests, user testing to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets Effectively communicate analyses by developing reports or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, budgeting, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs) Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and improve on ad performance Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising At least 3 years experience in Performance Marketing profession Well-versed in Performance Marketing, Google Analytics, Meda Ads, SEO, SEM, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Why join Angkas?
