Compliance Specialist – Collections Time Zone : 9 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time (CST) About Eden Senior Care: Eden Senior Care is a dynamic and rapidly growing senior living operator. We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team and ensure that our organization remains in strict adherence to all relevant regulations and laws. If you are a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to professionalism and integrity, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Investigate and summarize historical account and payment data Maintain accurate electronic records of all documents, payment plans, and tracking spreadsheets Update account status records and actively manage collection efforts Research publicly available resources, including public databases and court filings, to locate information for collection purposes Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status Compile, proofread, and edit drafts of contracts, leases, HR reports, and legal documents as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements and Skills Proven ability to work independently and proactively manage collections Working knowledge of MS Office and databases Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills Ability to understand and interpret legal documents Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Patience and ability to manage stress under pressure Strong recordkeeping and communication skills (written and oral) Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to driving results. #J-18808-Ljbffr
