Communicate all relevant concerns to stakeholders and business directors. Create, coordinate development and implementation of quality guidelines. Devise and review specifications and processes. Supervise FTEs and ensure compliance, oversee logistics processes. Champion, support, and lead quality improvement initiatives across the business. Help implement improvements and best business practices that fit business goals and organizational culture. Drive a culture of continuous improvement. Education Bachelor's Degree. Required Qualifications At least 3-5 years of managerial experience in the BPO industry. Knowledge in QA fundamentals and principles. Proven interest in technology and its impact on the world of work. Proven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitude. Examples of taking initiative in a work setting, with positive outcomes. Skills Google Suite. Google Analytics. Proficiency in MS Office. Attention to detail. Analytical skills. Commitment to delivering highest quality first time. Strong written communication skills in English and ability to communicate effectively with the team in English.
