Overview We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented manager to develop and implement quality control processes across our BPO operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide teams, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities Understand stakeholder needs and develop effective quality control processes. Communicate relevant concerns to stakeholders and business directors. Create, coordinate, and implement quality guidelines. Devise and review specifications and processes. Supervise FTEs, ensuring compliance and managing logistics processes. Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across the business. Implement best practices aligned with business goals and culture. Drive a culture of continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Experience 3–5 years of managerial experience in the BPO industry. Knowledge of QA fundamentals and principles. Proven interest in technology and its impact on work. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitude. Examples of taking initiative with positive outcomes. Skills Google Suite, Google Analytics, MS Office. Attention to detail, analytical skills. Commitment to delivering high‑quality first time. Strong written and verbal communication in English.
