About the Role:

Your duties include, but will not be limited to, the responsibilities as identified below. These duties may be reasonably varied by the company in consultation with you during your employment. To achieve optimal outcomes for the business, you may be reasonably required to perform duties outside of your position description from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Place customer orders with the vendor via email and dedicated online portals
  • Assist with order queries, including ETAs and delivery inquiries
  • Manage order changes, split deliveries, and forward orders
  • Resolve order issues and/or escalate to the Team Leader
  • Work with Product Managers as required to ensure order pricing is correct
  • Provide backup to the Claims team when required to process pricing claims on vendors
  • Liaise with the sales team, product managers, warehouse, and couriers to provide the utmost service for our customers
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks, including report generation and ETA management as requested by the Group Operations & Claims Manager

Work Location:

  • Office-based | 7 AM-4 PM (Manila)
  • Zeta tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City
