Job Overview: The Field Junior Training Officer is responsible for implementing and delivering sales capability programs to frontliners in the field. The role involves facilitating training sessions, coaching sales representatives, identifying skill gaps, and aligning training interventions with sales objectives. This position requires independence, field leadership, and strong collaboration with area sales teams. Area of Assignment: Visayas-Mindanao DCs – BAC/ILO/TAN/CDO/LAB/DAV but willing to travel to different sales locations / go on field (at least 4x a week) and support field teams. Reports to the nearest DC when not in field. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct interviews with applicants for entry level positions. Facilitate in-field sales capability training and coach frontliners on selling techniques, customer engagement, and execution standards. Collaborate with Field sales managers to identify development needs and customize interventions. Monitor and evaluate post-training performance in assigned territories. Lead onboarding field immersion programs for newly hired sales representatives. Provide feedback and insights to the Training group for continuous improvement of learning materials. Report on field training activities, participation, effectiveness, and outcomes. Serve as the point person for capability-building efforts in assigned regions. Qualifications and Skills: A graduate of any 4-year course. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, field execution, or training roles (preferably in FMCG). Field Sales experience is a plus. Strong exposure to frontline sales environment. Experience in conducting coaching or facilitation is required. Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills. Strong relationship-building and field presence. Ability to assess training needs based on performance data and behaviors. Proactive and resourceful with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Tech-savvy: can easily learn and adapt to technological advancements. Willingness to travel frequently and work in field conditions. Preferably with a valid motorcycle license and able to drive a motorcycle for field visits OR able to ride a motorcycle for field visits when necessary. Can be based anywhere near one of the Visayas-Mindanao DCs – BAC/ILO/TAN/CDO/LAB/DAV but willing to travel to different sales locations / go on field (at least 4x a week) and support field teams.
