Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Client Onboarding & Training Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring that new clients are set up for success with our platform and services. You will guide clients through the onboarding process, provide live and recorded training sessions, and ensure they feel confident using our system to send work orders. You’ll also maintain ongoing check-ins during the early stages of their engagement to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for new clients after a sales handoff. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process from contract signing to first successful work order submission. Provide product training via Zoom, phone, and in-person sessions (where applicable). Customize onboarding sessions based on the client’s needs (REO agents, banks, property managers). Create and maintain onboarding resources (guides, video tutorials, FAQs). Monitor early client activity to ensure adoption of the platform and identify any roadblocks. Work closely with Sales, Vendor Management, and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience. Gather feedback to improve training materials and the onboarding process. Provide light technical support for portal-related questions during the onboarding phase. Qualifications 2+ years in a client-facing role such as onboarding, account management, or training. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable with web-based platforms and able to teach others how to use them. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. Experience in property management, real estate, or service industries is a plus. Proficient in Zoom, CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred), and Google Workspace.
