Responsibilities Conduct technical and soft skills trainings and certification for field technicians and project engineers. Perform all logistic requirements related to training. Coordinate with Partner Operations Heads, Field Operations and Quality Assurance Team Leaders on scheduled training. Find appropriate venue and arrange meals if necessary. Print training handouts and materials. Facilitate pre‑qualification and validation exams. Prepare weekly and monthly reports (scorecard, certification exam results, training costs, shadowing activity, etc.). Cascade any newly introduced technologies, products and services as necessary. Facilitate contractor certification by conducting written and hands‑on exams. Manage training database. Conduct other trainings as necessary. Shadowing activities (field work). Qualifications Technical and Soft Skills Trainer. Male (preferably 25 to 35 y/o). ECE Graduate or equivalent. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) with proven knowledge and skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting medium‑sized networks. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites applications. At least 1 year of work experience in a related field. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Can confidently speak in front of medium to large‑sized groups of people. Willing to travel within and outside the assigned region. Good moral character.
