Job Description

Urgent hiring for Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative in Taguig, NCR. Location: BGC, Taguig. Company: Tata Consultancy Service. This role focuses on providing expert advice and information to potential customers regarding products and services, with an emphasis on customer service excellence and consultative selling to support client conversion. Onsite work is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support and information about products and services offered by the company and clients.
  • Assist with inquiries, resolve complaints, and guide customers through processes related to orders, returns, and reservations.
  • Contribute to profitability and sales revenue through excellent service and informed guidance.
  • Follow company procedures for interviews and onboarding as described (no assessment, initial and final interviews; ASAP start).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
  • College graduate in any computer-related field (for TSR only) with at least 12 months (1 year) of BPO experience.
  • College undergraduate, college level, or associate graduate with at least 2 years (24 months) of BPO experience.
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig (BGC).
  • Strong English communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: Php 25,000.00 – Php 31,000.00 per month
  • Perks: Onsite work, health insurance (HMO) up to 400,000 with coverage for dependents, medicine reimbursement, and equipment provided (if WFH policy applies).

Schedule
  • 8 hour shift, various shifts including evening, night, and rotational shifts; on-site schedule required.
