Job Description

We\'re looking for a Clinical & Technical Support Specialist to provide post-sales customer support for our diagnostic platform. This role starts as frontline support but is designed to grow into a team lead role. You will directly support clinicians and patients, troubleshoot medical/IT workflows, and produce training content (guides, videos, UI walkthroughs). Over time, you\'ll help train and supervise junior staff.

What we\'re looking for:

  • Nursing graduate or Licensed Medical Technologist
  • 2–4 years in healthcare BPO, diagnostics, or IT-enabled clinical support
  • Strong English communication + customer empathy
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting (apps, connectivity, EMR/LIS systems)
  • Ability to create training content (manuals, videos, UI guides)
  • Soft Skills: Strong customer empathy and problem-solving; ability to simplify complex workflows; comfortable with early shifts (6 AM – 4 PM PH)
  • Technical & Medical Skills: Understanding of point-of-care testing workflows; knowledge of lab basics (blood, urine, spirometry, ECG); IT troubleshooting (remote support tools, SQL basics, HL7/FHIR); video editing & screen recording tools
