Job Description

Urgent #Hiring for Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative. We are looking for a personable, experienced CSR and Technical Support Rep. to join our expanding team. You will provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding a variety of products and services offered by our company and clients, and contribute to profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and a consultative approach to selling and client conversion. No assessments; only initial and final interviews. Start ASAP. Location: BGC, Taguig. Company: TATA Consultancy Service.

Qualifications
  • College graduate for computer-related field (for TSR only) with 12 months (1 year and up) of BPO experience

Salary

Up to 31,000 PHP per month (Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php31,000.00 per month)
