Job Description

We are looking for personable, experienced Customer Service and Technical Support Representatives to join our expanding team. You will provide expert advice and information to potential customers regarding products and services, and contribute to profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and a consultative approach to selling and client conversion. Initial and Final Interviews are conducted on-site; no online assessment.

BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila

Qualifications
  • COLLEGE GRADUATE for computer-related programs (for TSR only) with at least 12 months (1 year) of BPO experience
  • COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE, COLLEGE LEVEL, or ASSOCIATE GRADUATE with at least 24 months (2 years) of BPO experience
  • Willing to work onsite
Salary

Up to PHP 31,000 per month (range may apply)
