Job Description
  • Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
  • Troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.
  • Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. When unable to resolve, escalate to 2nd level or 3rd level in accordance with Service Desk processes.
  • Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades, etc.
  • Perform general preventive maintenance tasks on PCs, laptops, printers and other authorized peripheral equipment.

Qualifications :

  • At least 1 year of related experience as Technical Support with ticketing tools (ServiceNOW, LanDesk).
  • Able to work 5 days a week, 10.5 hours per day.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and at any time as needed.
  • Amenable to travel to different sites or locations.
  • Open to Project Based Employment 1-year Renewable Contract; Job Type: Fixed term; Contract length: 12 months.

Schedule: 10-hour shift

Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience: IT Support 1 year (preferred)
