Recruiting for the best talent for a global IT-BPM company Quality Assurance Analyst (Manual QA Tester) About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester to join our growing team You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our applications meet quality standards through precise test planning, execution, and documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor junior testers. What You’ll Do Analyze requirements and user stories to design comprehensive test cases and scenarios Execute and document test scripts, results, and findings (test evidence, bugs, and change requests) Create and maintain test documentation to support QA team training and knowledge sharing Use defect management tools such as JIRA to report and track issues Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure product quality Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA testers Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting and documentation What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC Hands‑on experience with manual testing processes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in test execution Clear communication skills (verbal and written) Knowledge of JIRA or similar defect management tools Experience in creating structured, detailed test cases and reports A team player who can also work independently Join us and play a key role in ensuring our products deliver the best experience to users Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full‑time Job function : Quality Assurance Location : Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines #J-18808-Ljbffr
