The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for systematically auditing and evaluating project

timelines, documentation, and service quality across multiple departments. By identifying gaps,

inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, the Quality Assurance Analyst enhances operational

effectiveness, process standardization, and customer satisfaction across the organization.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is often required.
  • Entry level, 6 months to 1 year in a quality assurance role within an enterprise, focusing on process evaluation, cross-functional collaboration, and quality auditing across multiple teams.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, quality management experience, and knowledge of process standardization, risk mitigation and data-driven quality monitoring.
  • Certification in quality management tools and methodologies is an advantage (e.g. Lean Six Sigma [White/Yellow Belt], QMS, 7 QC Tools, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Total Quality Management (TQM), or other process improvement certifications).

Job Description

  • Review and assess project timelines and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with internal standards.
  • Audit service quality across various teams to ensure adherence to performance benchmarks.
  • Identify, document, and escalate non-compliance issues or gaps in processes.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to clarify requirements and provide quality feedback.
  • Help formulate and refine quality parameters, ensuring they align with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in auditing and documentation management.
  • Monitor quality performance metrics and provide regular status reports.
  • Maintain clear and accessible audit documentation.
  • Support the integration of technology-driven solutions to enhance audit accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Audit Reports – Summarized findings on documentation, processes, and service quality performance.
  • Observation and Mark-off Tracker Updates – Regular tracking of compliance issues and corrective actions.
  • Submission of Insights, Recommendations, and Key Asks – Actionable insights to improve quality standards, mitigate risks, and enhance processes.
