Job Summary:

The QA Analyst documents workflows, tools, and systems to ensure quality checkpoints and comprehensive testing. The role supports the QA team by extending assurance across all applications, ensuring software and solutions consistently meet functional, usability, and reliability standards through structured testing and process alignment.

Job Functions:

  • Understand workflows, tools, and use cases through business immersion and collaboration with SMEs.
  • Develop test plans, scenarios, and cases aligned with business requirements.
  • Maintain organized QA documentation with full test traceability.
  • Expand QA coverage to all tools, ensuring functionality, integration, and user acceptance.
  • Execute manual testing, log defects, and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Provide status updates, risk assessments, and test coverage reports.
  • Recommend process improvements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to QA knowledge sharing and onboarding materials.

Qualifications:

  • 4 year Computer-related course graduate
  • At least one (1) year QA experience in web and similar platforms such as Power Platform
  • Experience in testing web applications, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows
  • Familiar with SharePoint, Dataverse
