We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst (Healthcare Account) who will be working with Connext's Client in the United States of America.

What is the job?

The Quality Assurance Analyst evaluates AI-handled healthcare calls for accuracy and compliance, validates information, and ensures proper routing to clinical teams and EMRs.

Responsibilities:


• Audit AI-handled calls for accuracy, clarity, and complete intake/booking

• Verify correct routing to clinical teams and timely EMR task updates

• Enforce HIPAA, data privacy, and policy compliance

• Flag errors/misinterpretations and provide actionable feedback

• Partner with ops, clinical, and dev teams to refine workflows and accuracy

• Document findings, report results, and drive calibrations and QA scorecards/metrics

Qualifications:


• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare BPO or call center environment.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in quality assurance.

• Uses EMRs and understands healthcare workflows (intake, scheduling, referrals, documentation)

• Applies HIPAA and data privacy requirements in QA reviews

• Analyzes trends/root causes; shows strong detail, listening, and documentation skills

• Communicates clearly in English and delivers constructive feedback
