Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite: MW WFH: TTHF)

QA ANALYST:

Software QA Analyst is involved in the quality assurance of the project. He/She will be working with the project management and technical teams in providing a functional, usable and error-free program based on business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other business units during the product design stage by providing feedback on the software's functions and usability based on business requirements.
  • Identify complete test scenarios based on the project scope.
  • Create and execute detailed manual and automated test scripts based on software requirements and functionality.
  • Perform testing based on different test methods as needed.
  • Provide testing support during the user Acceptance stage.
  • Provide detailed test results and work with developers to address any issues or possible improvements.
  • Identify testing tools to be leveraged by the organization.
  • Work with the QA team to innovate and streamline QA processes in line with the team's expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any technical course.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), preferably with exposure to both manual and automated testing processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
