What is your mission?

We are looking for an QA/EDI Analyst to support US healthcare operations by monitoring EDI transactions, resolving file issues, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. You will develop process documentation, troubleshoot data transmission, and assist internal and external teams with EDI queries. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with BPO experience, strong technical skills, and an interest in healthcare data and process improvement.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Identify and report process issues and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain documentation for EDI processes, reports, and metrics
  • Monitor EDI file processing for quality; troubleshoot and resolve transaction issues
  • Track, update, and ensure accuracy of data required for file transmission
  • Assist internal and external teams with queries regarding EDI transactions
  • Stay updated on US healthcare industry standards and HIPAA EDI regulations
  • Participate in meetings and support special tasks or assignments as needed
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (or equivalent education and work experience)
  • At least 2 years of BPO/Call Center experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA EDI protocols
  • Experience with EDI formats is a plus
  • Background in US health insurance, customer service, or TPA is a plus
